WHERE DO THE KIDS PROGRAMS MEET?
Children may be dropped off and picked up at the Kid's Activities Center, located at the Katama Field Club.
WHO WATCHES OVER THE CHILDREN?
Our counselors are very knowledgeable and have many years of experience with children. We have a 1:4 ratio of counselors to children aged 3-5 and 1:8 for the older children. The counselors have previous backgrounds in day camp supervision and are certified in Basic First Aid and Community CPR/AED through the American Red Cross.
WHERE CAN I PRE-REGISTER?
Pre-registration is required as sessions may fill up quickly. Registration forms may be found online at The Club’s website and at the Membership Services Office, and must be submitted before your child may begin.
HOW MUCH DO THE PROGRAMS COST?
Members: No Charge
Member Guests: $30 per day per child
Fees will be charged to your house account. Any scheduled field trips will be announced five days prior to the trip and will incur an additional cost.
IS THERE A LATE PICK-UP FEE?
There will be a charge of $15 for every 15 minutes past the pick-up time of 12 noon.
WHAT TO BRING ?
We recommend your child wears sneakers and brings a backpack that includes a light jacket, bathing suite, sunscreen and older clothes in case of messy projects.
