WHERE DO THE CAMPS MEET?
Campers may be dropped off and picked up at the Great Room, located at the Katama Field Club.
WHO WATCHES OVER THE CHILDREN?
Our counselors are very knowledgeable and have many years of experience with children. The ratios for the counselor to camper for the two camps are: (3-5 yr old) Oystercatchers 1:4 and (6-12 yr old) Ospreys 1:8. The counselors have previous backgrounds in day camp supervision and are certified in Basic First Aid and Community CPR/AED through the American Red Cross.
WHERE CAN I PRE-REGISTER?
Pre-registration is required as sessions may fi ll up quickly. Registration forms may be found online at The Club’s website and at the Membership Services Office, and must be submitted before your child may begin camp.
HOW MUCH DO THE CAMPS COST?
Members: No Charge
Member Guests: $30 per day per child
Fees will be charged to your house account. Any scheduled fi eld trips will be announced fi ve days prior to the trip and will incur an additional cost.
IS THERE A LATE PICK-UP FEE?
There will be a charge of $15 for every 15 minutes past the pick-up time of 12 noon.
WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP?
We recommend your child wears sneakers and brings a backpack that includes a light jacket, bathing suite, sunscreen and older clothes in case of messy projects.
