Personal Trainers and Instructors

Emily Phillips was most recently at Reebok Headquarters as a fitness specialist, where she taught yoga and core classes to corporate employees in addition to creating individual fitness plans and wellness programs. Emily holds 2 Masters Degrees, one in clinical psychology and the other in exercise science. She has been cited by City Sports Magazine who rated her teaching as ‘superior’. In LA, Emily trained exercise video star, Kathy Smith, and on Martha's Vineyard, her yoga clients have included Kerri Russell. Emily was trained in the Viniyoga tradition and is inspired by Bryan Kest. Her classes are a slow flow with heavy emphasis on alignment and breath. Emily is warm, funny, and skilled at creating an intimate group dynamic.

Bonnie McElaney-Menton has been teaching yoga for over 25 years. She has studied and taught on the Vineyard, Boston, Hawaii and India.  Her classes offer the experience of a dynamic Vinyassa flow while accessing the strength and fluid body through the practice of postures and breath.

Caitlin Cook started her training in the Pilates Method in 1988 at the SUNY Purchase Dance Department. In 1994 she was certified by Madeline Black in San Francisco. In 1996 she moved to New York City where she has worked primarily at acclaimed studios ie: AB and Body Tonic. In 2002 she created a certification program at Body Tonic with owner Jennifer DeLuca. She is a professional dancer and choreographer.

Danielle D’Angelo is a Certified Personal Trainer and trains clients in New York and on Martha’s Vineyard. She has 18 years of experience in the fitness industry and brings her passion for health to everyone from beginners, to athletes and people of all ages.

Personal Training Rates: $125/hour
